Job Qualifications

  • College graduate, preferably a degree in Behavioral Science or Psychology.
  • At least 1 year experience in related field or 5 years of experience in Human Resources Administration.
  • Computer literate and good in oral and written communication.
  • Can work independently, and is result-oriented.
  • Can work efficiently under pressure.
  • Interpersonal and social skills to represent the company and strengthen its image. Mature, courteous and tactful.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR Manager in managing programs that will help support the company’s plan and continuous improvements within the organization.
  • Communicates with other employees, departments, applicants to provide information and assistance regarding employment, transfers, personnel records, recruitment and leaves.
  • Recommend measures to improve employees working conditions to maximize performance efficiency and increase individual productivity.
  • Ensures that appropriate policies and procedures are being followed (e.g. processing of personnel actions, including new hires, transfers, promotions, termination) for the purpose of being timely and accurate and meets the organizational objectives.
  • Checks Personnel Memorandum/ legal contract /agreement of newly hired employees.
  • Updates Job Description of employees annually or as necessary thru coordination with different department heads.
  • Supervise inter-branch timekeeping jobs and ensure that established systems and procedures are strictly implemented, and likewise all required reports are accurately accomplished and submitted in due time.
  • Attend to the needs of the employees and laborers with regards to whatever benefits they need to be attended to under Government Mandated benefits, Company Policies and Collective Bargaining Agreement.
  • Conducts exit interviews to outgoing employees.
  • Prepares certificate of employment for separated and requesting employees.
  • Prepares disciplinary action memorandum, issues and monitors violation report.
  • Ensures that employees are properly attended by the Company Physician regarding their medical needs, sick leave applications, Philhealth requirements, and other medical services.
  • Develop individual skills through proper job training for all deserving employees to achieve high analytical ability and expertise in their respective field of assignments.
